This Elanora Heights renovation involved completely gutting the original 3 bed, 2 bath red brick house and converting it into a 4 bed, 2 and half bath modern home.

We created an open plan living area upstairs to capture the stunning views, along with a parent’s retreat. On the ground floor, we transformed the unused area, creating 3 new bedrooms, a bathroom, home office and laundry.

This property is in a Flame Zone which stipulated the need for fire shutters which we concealed, as well as the need for fire rated roofing along with other additional requirements to make this renovation compliant.

Our Lane Cove West renovation involved the conversion of an original single storey cottage of 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey family home.

We were able to keep the original look and feel of the house, by sourcing the original bricks and shingles to keep the traditional feel for the owners.
